We offer no order cancellations.
For regularly priced items our return policy is 10 days from date of delivery. All requested returns must be made by sending us an email, including proof of purchase from our company within 3 days of the tracking delivery date, and returned within 7 days thereafter. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, less shipping costs, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The following items can't be returned because of the nature of these items: Custom made orders, personalized orders, downloadable software, membership subscription fees and shipping charges. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Products are returned with obvious signs of use, or are not in original packaging and have been damaged/missing parts not of our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed a decision.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit less shipping costs will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within 3 business days. If you do not see your refund posted within 7 business days, please contact us for further review.
We only exchange items that are found to be defective or damaged from shipping upon receipt. If this is the case, we ask that you please contact us within 48 hours upon receipt of the defective, or damaged order at to document the damage.
Once we receive your request, we will review and ask for pictures of the damage as part of the claim. If you fail to notify us of a requested exchange within 48 hours, we reserve the right to not accept your exchange request. All newly purchased, or exchanged items are subject to the original tracking delivery date of purchase.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original packaging and condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Exchanged products shipping times may vary. If you are shipping an item back, we recommend using a tracking number. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
